Performance Management process is a time consuming and mundane process   Managers and the people tasked with performance management drag their feet until they are forced to do the evaluation of individuals.

The main objective of the performance management is to align the employee's effort with the large business objectives & strategies and evaluate the performance of each employee in accomplishing them.  However, in the past 40 years the performance management became a complicated and convoluted process that in the end does not adequately address the needs of any company.  The employee performance results do not translate into employee growth and eventually business growth.

The performance management process should be simple, goal oriented, and definitely add value to the process so that the managers and HR should get excited to use the system.  BAAP Technologies's HCM 2.0 software addresses these issues by incorporating the concept that the system is simple, set goals and evaluate them.  It operates on the simple concept of Specific, Important and Measurable goals as described below. 

  • The goals that motivate people to work
  • Come up clear and specific goals
